STATEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING

Event start time is 1:00 PM July 4, 2026. All vendors will set up prior to start of event, unless prior arrangements have been discussed with the event coordinator. All vendors are responsible for liability insurance and agree that they are in compliance with any and all requirements of the State of Arkansas. Vendors are responsible for leaving a clean area at closing. All vendors shall exhibit professional manners at all times. By signing this application, you hereby agree and understand the LV Cookout Event rules and regulations as outlined in this application form, and that you agree to abide by them. Vendors will also be in compliance with all regulatory codes and provisions as administered by Fire, Building, Regional Public Health, TSSA, and provincially and local rules and regulations.
